Who We Are
Since 2006, SCC has delivered national field services through a compliance-driven model that combines people, process, and systems.
We are a delivery partner – built for scale.
Our Story
Southern Cross Contractors (SCC) was founded in 2006 to raise the standard in field service delivery.
From our head office, we coordinate both large-scale rollouts and ongoing BAU services across Australia. While we’ve built deep capability in energy, utilities, and infrastructure, our model is service-agnostic and adaptable to any sector.
Our delivery model combines strong governance, ISO-certified systems, and skilled people with the capability to mobilise quickly and adapt to changing program needs.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing the capability, visibility, and assurance needed to deliver safely, efficiently, and at scale.

While our head office is based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, SCC actively delivers programs every day across regional and metropolitan areas along the east coast and into surrounding regions.
Wherever we mobilise, we prioritise engaging local resources, creating opportunities in the communities we work in. This builds regional capability, reduces mobilisation delays, and supports sustainable outcomes for both clients and local economies.
Beyond recruitment, we invest in the regions we serve, supporting initiatives, partnerships, and local organisations that strengthen long-term community resilience.
Our culture is people-first. We look after our team so they can deliver safely, consistently, and at scale for our clients.
